The athletes will participate in 5 Strength and Conditioning Sessions Per Week with the ability to have flexible scheduling throughout the day. The sessions will focus on Power, Explosiveness, Cardio and Speed. In addition to strength and conditioning, the athletes will have a portion of each session dedicated to Mobility that will focus on stretching, small muscle training & core strength. It will also help repair many of the damages their bodies endure during a lengthy season. The program will include 2 fitness tests to evaluate the progress of our athletes. We will perform baseline tests at the beginning, and conclusion of the program to give feedback on the improvements made over the summer.
